As I was visiting some friends, recently, I fell in love with their very attractive, super convenient and easy to operate, indoor dog gate. I suppose I experienced gate envy. For the last 10 years, we have been using fireplace screens as dog gates in our home (Don’t judge, it’s called making do). I have to admit, they are very attractive, but are a royal pain to open and close to get into the kitchen, where we keep our dog. These heavy fireplace screens are less than what I would call safe, falling over and almost crushing our sweet dog more often than I want to admit. And, on more than one occasion, our sneaky little dog has squeezed between the “gate” and the wall and run rampant through the house, having a heyday while we are at work and school. Basically… not the best set-up. So, we are now the proud owners of REAL dog gates! I feel like we’ve stepped up in the world!

You don’t have to attach them to the wall, they are very secure and have an opening for easy entry and exit. I love our new dog gates and highly recommend them. There is no need for gate envy, this product might be the perfect dog gate for you and your furry friend.
